Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious connected breathwork is a psychotherapeutic process that activates the nervous system to help unveil and lift unprocessed emotion and trauma from the body at a cellular level. It is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy, recharging our own systems to work to their healing capacity. Breathwork involves breathing in a pattern known as 'Conscious Connected Breathing' to enter a deeply relaxed, trance-like state, where you can access a deeper level of consciousness in yourself and transform deeply held experiences in your body. Tuning into our breath impacts our state of mind, and CCB facilitates openings to higher levels of consciousness, allowing us to tap into our deeper resources and live our lives joyfully and in abundance.
